East of England NHS Ambulance Station

Dencora worked with The East Of England Ambulance Service to deliver the Ambulance Station in Newmarket, Suffolk. The project was awarded a Class A Craftsmanship Award for Best New Building by the Suffolk Association of Architects and became the flagship design for ambulance stations across East Anglia.  The investment was retained and sits within Dencora’s investment portfolio.
