East Dereham Shopping Centre

Completed in 2005, the 17 unit shopping centre development is in Dereham, a market town 15 miles west of Norwich close to the A47. The scheme, which was developed in partnership with Breckland District Council, includes both national and regional retailers such as, QD, Wilko, Holland & Barrett, Savers,  and Edinburgh Woollen Mill.  A 240 space surface car park is incorporated into the scheme.
