Cradle Bridge Retail Park

Developed in partnership with MRMU Ltd, Dencora developed a 15,315 sq ft M&S. The site is home to a M&S Foodhall along with a Toby Carvery pub, Subway, Greggs, Papa John’s and Domino Pizza retail units with associated parking on this prominent 2.8 acre site adjacent to Trowbridge Town Centre.  The development included remediation of a brownfield site and construction of a new footbridge linking the high street to the scheme.  The project was completed and sold in 2018.
