Developed and owned by a group company, Roundwell Medical Centre comprises a 13,185 sq ft Doctors’ Surgery with ancillary pharmacy.

Dencora worked with the NHS to identify and purchase the site, secure planning, procure its construction and achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating. The surgery has an anticipated list size of 14,000 patients and was completed in 2010.
