Lionwood Medical Centre

Developed and retained by a group company, Lionwood Medical Centre comprises a purpose built 10,720 sq ft Doctor’s Surgery with dedicated pharmacy on a site. Dencora worked with the Practice, District Valuer and NHS to agree the specification and document the leasehold deal on an open book basis.  The facility serves a 10,000 patient list.
