Peterborough Business Park

Park House, Unit 2, Fountain Court, Blocks B & C Western House & the Griffin Building on Peterborough Business Park were acquired by Dencora in August 2010. Following the implementation of a comprehensive asset management and refurbishment programme, Dencora completed the sale of the properties to Longmead Capital in December 2015.

The investment totalled approximately 125,000 sq ft of office accommodation and development land in an established business park location close to the A1(M) and the East of England Showground.  During its ownership of the estate Dencora concluded lettings to Cummins Generator Technologies, Aldermore Bank, Atkins, Associated British Foods, Close Brothers, Anglian Water, Silver Spoon, PS Financials and ADP Inc. Part of the development land was developed for additional car parking to enhance the occupier appeal of the office accommodation.
