Dencora has acquired an 18,000 sq ft industrial unit from Henderson Biomedical Ltd on an unconditional basis.  The deal is subject to a short leaseback whilst planning is worked up for the speculative development of a new, BREEAM Excellent industrial unit with 10m eaves, 25m yard and dedicated EV parking.  The site extends to 0.64 acres and lies within an established London employment area on Kangley Bridge Road, just 200m from Lower Sydenham station.  The new building will be available on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
