Lower Sydenham

Dencora acquired an 18,000 sq ft industrial unit from Henderson Biomedical Ltd on an unconditional basis.  The deal was subject to a short leaseback whilst planning was secured for the speculative development of a new, 14,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent industrial unit with 10m eaves, 25m yard and dedicated EV parking.  The site extends to 0.64 acres and lies within an established London employment area on Kangley Bridge Road, just 200m from Lower Sydenham station.  The new building will be zero carbon in construction and available on a leasehold basis from Q2 2025.
