Ed King

Managing Director

Ed joined Dencora from industrial development specialist Teesland iOG in 2006. Prior to that he worked in Industrial Agency at Savills where he was involved with the marketing of multi-unit industrial schemes through to large scale distribution centres in London and the South East. Ed is responsible for identifying new commercial investment and development opportunities as well as coordinating the company’s portfolio strategy.

Andrew King

Director

Andrew joined the Dencora board in 2018, having previously managed syndicated commercial development projects in the roadside and retail sectors. Prior to that, Andrew spent approximately 8 years within the Savills Group, primarily within the European and UK National Investment teams. Andrew is based in London and is jointly responsible for sourcing new investment and development opportunities for the group.

Stephen Johnson

Finance Director

Steve joined Dencora in 2022, after spending more than 25 years in a variety of senior finance roles within the manufacturing industry. Steve is a Chartered Management Accountant and works with the other members of the finance team to provide strategic and accounting input to the business.

Ewen McLeod

Development Director

Ewen joined Dencora in March 2020 having worked for Cambridge based developer Wrenbridge for 13 years and Savills for 3 years prior to that. Ewen has extensive development and funding experience having delivered various industrial, research & development and mixed use facilities from acquisition through to disposal. He is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new development projects in East Anglia and the South East. Ewen became a Dencora Board member in November 2021.

Marie Watson

Accounts Manager

Marie joined Dencora in 1993 directly from school and is the Accounts Manager. She has control of the group's accounting and property management systems and assists with the general office administration.

Jerry Fuller

Asset Management Director

Jerry has been with the group since 2007 and is responsible for the overall management of Dencora’s commercial property portfolio. Previously a development surveyor at Savills, he also worked in Business Space with Bidwells. Jerry has an extensive knowledge across all commercial sectors and became a Dencora board member in November 2021.

Debbie Middlebrook

Office Manager

Debbie joined Dencora in March 2017 from the Somerleyton Estate and manages the Dencora office whilst providing administrative support to the rest of the team. Debbie is also responsible for assisting with all property management matters within the existing portfolio and wider group.

Hayley Shorten

Accounts Manager

Hayley joined Dencora in February 2012 having previously worked at Alan Boswell Group and Aviva in Norwich. Hayley is responsible for the day to day accounting administration of a number of Dencora properties in addition to those held by the wider group.
